Notice regarding the platform offering
Malango Tech operates a platform for the use and provision of AI agents. User credit balances are intended solely for the use of agent services within Malango Tech, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws pursuant to § 7 Abs. 1 DDG. According to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the time we become aware of a specific legal violation. Upon becoming aware of such legal violations, we will remove this content without undue delay.
