Pricing questions

Do I have to book anything to start?

No. The Free plan needs no payment method: chat with a five-hour window and a weekly cap, plus €5 of credit a month for runs. During the pilot your plan and credit are on us; purchases open afterwards.

What does Corgent cost?

Nothing on the Free plan, with a five-hour window and a weekly cap. Plus €39, Business €129 per user and month, plus VAT, cancel monthly. Every plan belongs to one person; in a team some can have Plus and others Business. Enterprise is a contract of its own. The chat never runs on your credit.

How does credit work?

Each run of a task deducts its list price from your credit, failed runs nothing. During the pilot we provide the credit; top-ups are switched off and the monthly credit comes back on the 1st of the next month. If you need more before then, write to support@corgent.ai.

What is included in onboarding?

A 1:1 online session from €399: account setup, first task live, short tour. Anything beyond that, such as rollout with knowledge base and approvals or team onboarding, we scope by email.

Can I pay on invoice?

From about €1,000 of monthly usage, yes: framework agreement, credit check, net 14 days. Below that everything runs on card and credit: available instantly, nothing to pre-finance.
